Modal Window won't allow clicking

The kiosk app will open the modal window but once you are in the modal window it will not allow you to click, scroll or enter anything. 

Also this is not happening on all the kiosks just a few of them.

 

Is there are fix for this?

  Having the same issue. Just fully reset chrome 85 and still having the issue. Any Modal effectively freezes the machine except ctrl+alt+a can get you out.

  This has been an issue for months if not longer. There has been no reply or acknowledgement from the dev(s?), much less any offer of a fix.  This makes the kiosk app all but useless for us.  I'm not sure if the app is abandonware at this point, but it sure seems like it.
